I take my pictures from the upstairs front seat of the bus.

Captured from the upstairs front seat of a Dublin bus, O’Connell St Festooned is one of my most conventional pieces. It’s a carnivalesque colour explosion - you can make out the Spire in the top middle. By the by, that weird brown hair-dryer shape in top middle was on the window - and i didn’t want to find out what it was ( yuck!) or how it got there (Ugh!).

The condensation drip rivulets are very pronounced in this picture and give the piece it's texture. Surreal and a bit festive, O’Connell Street can be a wonderland if you look at it just so….
