Production and Delivery
My photographic artworks are produced and professionally finished to order by our specialist printing partner in Germany.
We offer set delivery rates to Ireland, the UK, Europe, North America and selected international destinations.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout according to the destination and total shipping weight of the order.
Estimated production and delivery times will be provided where available. Please contact me if your order is particularly time-sensitive.
International orders and customs
Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, local taxes and customs clearance or handling fees.
Where these charges are not included in the checkout total, additional payment may be required before delivery. I recommend checking applicable import requirements before ordering.
Cancellations and returns
I want you to be delighted with your artwork.
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, customers may cancel within 14 days of receiving their order without giving a reason. Customers must notify us of their decision within this period and return the artwork within a further 14 days. I will process refunds in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
Damaged, defective or incorrect artworks
If an artwork arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact me promptly, preferably with photographs of the item and packaging.
I will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights, including replacement or refund where applicable. Please retain the original packaging until I have advised you.
